mid August to complete up to ring beam/roof
Block 2 has had all walls rendered inside
and 90% of out side walls rendered, windows and
doors are being fitted.
Block 1 has had the bathrooms installed and 80%
of tiling finished, awaiting kitchen delivery estimated
end of August-2009
Block 3 is upto first floor with steelwork bars
laid for the pouring of the concrete for the first
floor slab due to be completed 2nd monday in August.
Walls to the ring beam and roof estimated to be
completed aprox 7/10 days after pouring and setting
of the first floor slab for block 3.
Rain and delays with the first floor concrete construction
company due out first monday in August did cause a
short delay by 1 week to Block 3 first floor construction.
